All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order has been accepted and food preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment has not been authorised, information provided is incorrect, or there is suspected misuse of our service.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice, but the price charged will always be the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in store.
Delivery is available within our advertised local delivery area.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to demand, traffic, or weather conditions.
Ownership of the food passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided.
Our food is prepared in an environment that handles allergens including fish, gluten, milk, and eggs.
While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.
Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
